Knobi, Quix or Exammy were just a few of the names Asessio could have had. But the most complex Romanian academic testing solution found the name that suits it best. In the meantime, we created a logo and a communication strategy that allows it to compete with any similar international solution.

What the Brand!

Asessio offers the most detailed functionalities for academic assessments, at international standards, with no other Romanian competitor of such scale at this moment.


That’s why, in the branding process, we had an ambitious message in mind: a leader is the one who sets the tone for excellence. We don’t improve, we revolutionize!

Rigidity does not equal performance. On the contrary.

Some barriers are impossible to overcome without cutting-edge technology. Any traditional assessment faces the classic challenges. With the help of technology, accuracy and correctness can go hand in hand with relaxation during the session. The chosen name is suggestive of what Asessio aims to do: to conquer the academic environment and rebuild it from the ground up, while still preserving the core values.

The Challenge

The first challenge was to find a name. We came up with many suggestions (some better, others more... amusing) through brainstorming, and we validated the best ones through a questionnaire The second challenge: to overcome the rigidity associated with the traditional academic environment and give this testing solution a fresh, modern identity that inspires a desire for reinvention.


This objective is reflected in every element, from the name to the logo. For example, the mountain in the logo symbolizes the current challenges of the evaluation process, but also the ambition to overcome barriers and the journey towards achieving success.

Big challenges are overcome more easily with a relaxed attitude. That's why we opted for a look and feel that is not only modern but also airy and comforting. We believe that an application designed for the most complex and rigorous academic tests can look cooler than many apps used just for fun.

With an easy-to-use interface, the platform allows for any type of testing, with any type of item, because sophistication and simplicity blend together perfectly.

The electric blue, also used in the logo, contributes to a fresh look and inspires the desire for reinvention, the transformation of dreams and grand ambitions into reality.

Web pressence is precise

The look & feel of the Asessio presentation website aims to convey the same message: that achieving big goals can be seamless with the help of technology.


Relaxing simplicity and effort do not exclude each other; each has its role and place in the educational process.To ensure that everyone finds what they’re looking for quickly, we designed the presentation website with the three target audience categories at its center: teachers, university management, and students.

Keep it short.. and complex

A user-friendly homepage is essential for any website.

Exactly, when catering to multiple target audiences, a clean and organized homepage becomes even more crucial. Overloading the visitor with information can overwhelm them, so a clear and intuitive structure ensures that each segment finds what they’re looking for quickly and easily.


Each audience has specific objectives and, if not, particular curiosities, and most likely, little to gain from irrelevant information.We created special collections so that each category of people can reach the relevant details with just one click.

In addition to showcasing the functionalities and interface based on specific needs, each category can view benefits tailored to them and testimonials that are relevant to their interests.

We couldn't forget about the newsletter subscription option. The newsletters will be personalized, just like in other cases, through Black Reports, reports created by us to collect the most interesting data for each client.Data that you can't access through any other public tool. No, you won't find it on Google! 🙂

Our tools are made for walking [reporting]

A simple and modern interface is the best choice for a solution that targets such a wide and complex audience. Without simplicity, the solution could never be adopted on a national level, as it aims to be. For students, faculty members, and university staff, overcoming reluctance largely depends on the ease of transitioning from a traditional evaluation system to a digital one. The complexity of such a platform and the ambition of the solution remain evident, despite this simplicity, being highlighted not only by the functionalities but also by the chosen visual elements.

When, how, and for what purpose is the platform accessed by each category of users? What needs are being fulfilled, and what could be improved? Black reports provide the most detailed possible access to the most valuable resource of the digital age: information.
