Everyone knows George and we are proud that, to some extent, George has borrowed from BlackSquare's personality and know-how. Through BCR and George's communication streams, we have helped to differentiate messages and maintain a consistency in the tone of voice of each brand.

Creating structure

We believe that the most important contribution we have made for BCR has not necessarily been the creation of in-app messages, landing pages or newsletters. Primarily, we helped structure communication flows for different products, with long-term benefits for both our client and their customers. We undertook task management, creating a flexible delivery schedule. We took on task management based on a flexible delivery calendar.

We created an interactive work template, where the client can provide real-time feedback, and participated in improving the process of transforming products into coherent digital communications.

In the process of creating the deliverables, we contributed to differentiating the tone between brands and creating complex and interlinked message flows (from educational messaging, to product promotion, explaining functionalities in order of importance or particularities, Cross-Sell, Thank You messages, Follow Up etc)

BCR has traditionally had an offline-focused marketing strategy. The pandemic-accelerated trend of banking services moving online, along with the launch of the George banking app, came with notable changes, which BlackSquare was closely involved in.

We also managed the delivery platforms Unica, Conectoo and SendGrid for the Money School project.


But, as we said at the outset, we believe our legacy is ultimately the structure and workflow that they were able to create.
