Challenge

Before joining the Black Square client portfolio, the brand's communication focused solely on presenting individual products, without much emotion and lacking a distinctive visual identity. In this context, the messages failed to create a strong connection with the audience, despite the positive reviews for the company’s products.

We completely transformed the way Euromobila presents itself online, with a strategy that brings warmth and life to the brand.


The transformation strategy

To bring warmth and life to Euromobila's communication, we created a friendlier, more authentic, and engaging visual and brand identity. Inspired by the atmosphere of Romanian family life and traditional motifs, we completely revamped the company’s visual identity, creating a sense of familiarity and trust for the audience.

One of the elements we used in the absence of new photoshoots was the introduction of doodles, adding a layer of creativity and warmth to the product images. This approach instantly transformed the plain photos into interactive and memorable frames, fostering an emotional connection with the audience.

At the same time, we redefined the brand's key messages, emphasizing the fact that Euromobila manufactures its products in Romania. We used authentic storytelling to highlight the quality and craftsmanship behind each sofa, thus creating a sense of belonging and support for the local economy. This direction was implemented both in organic posts and paid promotional campaigns, having a direct impact on the brand’s perception.

Key points in the communication transformation

  • Doodles and visual storytelling – We animated the static product images with creative illustrations and messages with personality, bringing a human and emotional touch to the communication.

  • Emphasizing local production – We highlighted the fact that Euromobila manufactures in Romania, using authentic messages and content that supports the local economy.

  • Engaging video content – We created videos that add dynamism and authentically and playfully showcase the quality and durability of the products.

  • Facebook and Google Ads – Performance marketing campaigns were optimized to attract people to the stores, based on the new visual identity and more human-centered messages.

  • Brand new website – We are working on a digital platform that will modernly and intuitively reflect the brand's values and product quality.

Black Friday combo: +10% sales with -30% budget

A highlight of the collaboration was the Black Friday campaign, carried out simultaneously across multiple platforms. Instead of the traditional approach focused solely on discounts, we created a concept that also emphasized the brand, offering long-term benefits. The campaign combined humorous and surprising messages with curiosity-triggering elements, ultimately creating a sense of FOMO. The result? A significant increase in engagement and conversions, solidifying Euromobila's position in the market during the peak shopping period.

The launch of the store in Tulcea

In addition to seasonal campaigns, we also supported the launch of a new Euromobila store in Tulcea. We created a customized strategy tailored to the local community, using messages that highlighted the benefits of the products while also evoking a sense of local pride. The communication was carefully crafted to spark interest and attract a diverse audience, contributing to a successful debut for the new showroom.

Results

Through this strategy, Euromobila succeeded in redefining its online presence, generating increased engagement and a perception closer to its customers. The new visual style and messages transformed the way the brand is perceived, differentiating it in the market and attracting new customers to the stores.
