Through a WhatsApp Community dedicated to loyal customers, we have created yet another extension of the brand's core philosophy. The community offers not only quick access to launches, offers and collections, but also an intimate communication framework, beyond Social Media and Newsletters.

A 5% discount was the welcome gift that Luciana felt like offering to those who join the community. Because sometimes, what you sell isn't a product, but the feeling that someone thought of you before launching something new, whether we're talking about a clothing creation or a communication tool.

The expansion of the community was supported by a series of clear and warm newsletters. And it worked: active customers also came to this space.

Reddit & Facebook: Where you're not a "brand", but a "member"

Creating and moderating subreddits dedicated to contemporary reading, as well as actively participating in relevant threads, not with offers, but with ideas, is another step towards bringing the reader closer.
