With over 20 years of experience in IT company management and business strategy development, he's the one who ensures that each team member maximizes their skills, guiding them in the right direction.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Bogdan Vartolomei, Creative Director at BlackSquare, is the one who makes each client's story known and felt by thousands of people.
He is the one who sees the uniqueness and emotion in every business, but also the one who inspires creative teams with confidence, courage and, last but not least, consistency.
He brings ideas, concepts and creative strategies to life, transforming them into visual stories full of emotion and personality.
Responsible for maintaining brand consistency, Bogdan manages the entire creative process from concept to delivery. He generates and refines innovative visual ideas, be it images, videos or user experiences (UX) for websites and software interfaces. His team of designers, UX designers and front-end developers creates materials that not only fulfill client expectations, but highlight the qualities that make each business unique.
Effective creativity starts with market data, so Bogdan is constantly tracking industry trends, ensuring his team is always up to date with the latest visual trends, innovations and technologies.

Cu peste 25 ani de experiență, acumulată în companii internaționale de tehnologie precum IBM, Oracle sau Capgemini, Onuț aduce la BlackSquare exact această perspectivă: abilitatea de a conecta inovația cu nevoile reale de business.

Without efficiency BlackSquare could not continue to evolve and create customized and complex solutions for its customers. Catalin is the one who ensures that every operational aspect of the company is aligned with our own and also our clients' strategic objectives.
With his extensive experience in operational management and post-doctoral studies in Finance, Cătălin optimizes internal resources and processes to ensure that departments operate in an integrated and efficient manner.
Creativity and innovation at BlackSquare and maintaining perfectly optimized costs for our clients would not be possible if budgets were chaotically managed and IT and Digital Marketing departments did not continuously collaborate through well-established functional and hierarchical relationships.
With his practical and results-oriented approach, Cătălin Bulgariu is the man thanks to whom Blacksquare continues to develop and adapt in a constantly changing environment, ensuring that all economic and financial processes are under control.

Sebi, whose career includes collaborations with banking and software giants, is in charge of the architecture, development and technical testing of the websites and solutions developed by BlackSquare, alongside the company's team of IT specialists.
With impressive experience in complex software solutions architecture and development, Sebi ensures that every project, no matter the domain, is delivered to the highest standards.
His knowledge of advanced technologies such as Microsoft .Net, Azure Cloud, and modern frameworks like Angular and React are complemented by his ability to manage the project lifecycle in Agile methodologies. His role is not only about coordination, but also about designing and developing solutions that transform complex customer requirements into functional, scalable and secure applications.
It is the team coordinated by Sebi that ensures that each client has the right toolkit for their objectives, including customized software solutions and plugins. Every project he coordinates is a new opportunity to prove that any challenge can be turned into a success story.

Profilul ei combină execuția operațională cu analiza datelor, optimizarea continuă și alinierea campaniilor la obiectivele comerciale ale clienților. În rolul actual de Account & Performance Manager, administrează conturile de social media ale clienților, dezvoltă și gestionează campanii paid, creează strategii de conținut și calendare editoriale, monitorizează performanța conturilor și optimizează constant rezultatele pe baza leadurilor generate și a semnalelor din date. Colaborează strâns cu echipa de design pentru materialele vizuale, dezvoltă conținut video adaptat funnel-ului de marketing și creează rapoarte de performanță pentru clienți folosind inclusiv fluxuri automatizate, astfel încât procesele și livrabilele să rămână bine organizate în Google Drive și Jira.
