New year, new look

For Astorium, the beginning of the year brought a new visual direction, warmer but also more coherent. Astorium is an up-and-coming real estate developer, already on its fifth project, and strengthening the image of an already mature brand needs consistency above all. We replaced the multicolored social media visuals and bold black in the logo with a sleek, semi-transparent anthracite.

This semi-transparency, recalling the curtain that protects the privacy of a home, became a leitmotif of the site, which we redesigned.

Switch to Motion

We live in a world that s always on the move, but still wants more movement.With Astorium, we explored video opportunities, complementing the static content we had previously developed.We chose personal and dynamic videos to bring the brand closer to people.


We also flirted with the concept of skits (funny shorts) to present the technical advantages of the apartments in a more user-friendly way, aimed at young families and all those open to a touch of modern humor.

The on-site videos were part the strategy we used to build client trust, keeping them up to date with the state of the construction and every plan for the future.


In this case, we also chose dynamic and warm frames, a friendly and cheerful presentation and a touch of humor.

A taste of luxury

With an elegant look and feel that is both delicate and imposing, the new Astorium website brings together, in microsites, all the projects to date.


From a conceptual point of view, the site moves away from the old approach, which focused on a rigid presentation of features, and relies predominantly on sensations and feelings. Detail elements such as handwriting, transparencies and inspirational quotes emphasize the core elements promised by the brand: luxury and comfort.
